What are the offered shipping options?

We offer worldwide Shipping

  • Free shipping takes 5-10 business days
  • DHL Express takes 1-3 business days. Price depends on region.

Items are shipped from Tuesday to Saterday and the cutoff point is 4PM UCT.

All items are shipped from Belgium

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! With both free shipping and DHL, you receive a tracking link.

TARIFFS: Are duties included in the price?

Unfortunately, no.

All orders are shipped from Belgium. Our frames are made in the EU (depending on the brand: Italy, Denmark, and more).

Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?

That depends on your location:

  • United States: You are subjected to local taxes and the new import taxes (15%)
  • United Kingdom: UK customers typically pay around £24 in import charges upon delivery.
  • Europe: VAT included in price, no taxes or other costs!
  • Canada: No VAT, Only your local sales tax!
  • Other countries: contact me if you have questions, but we ship worldwide!

Returns and Refunds

Can I return Frames if I don’t like them?

Returning your order is easy and hassle-free.

Simply send the item(s) back in unused and original condition to the address below. You may use any shipping service you prefer, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We kindly ask you to share the tracking link with us once your return is on its way.

For orders that return due to unpaid import taxes, we charge an administrative cost of $80.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee (if DHL Express was selected).

Lazy? I understand. For €40/$50/£40 I provide you with a DHL label and fill in all the duty-info. I also provice you with a link to shedule a DHL pickup. The price for this return will be deducted from the amount I pay back. Just send me an email if you want to use this service (info@vintagedesignerframes.com).

What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition.

However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at info@vintagedesignerframes.com and together we will find a solution.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund immediately.

We will refund your return using the same payment method you selected at checkout.

Is there an extended return possible during the Holidays?

We understand that items our bought as a gift. Therefore, we extend the return period to 20 days for all items bought in december. Need more time? Just contact us at info@vintagedesignerframes.com
