What are the offered shipping options?

Good news! We always offer a free shipping option via the local postal service. This does take some time, but if you can't wait to have your amazing frames, you can opt to ship with FedEX or DHL Express at an additional cost. In all cases, you will always be provided with a tracking link. 

  • Free shipping worldwide | Tracking URL provided | 10+ Business days
  • FedEX | €9,99/£9/$12 | 3-5 business days
  • DHL Express | €19,99/£18/$24  | 24-48hours

We try to ship ASAP.

  • Tuesday - Saturday: Orders before 4PM (UMT): same day shipping
  • Sunday & Monday: Always shipped on Tuesday latest

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Wether you choose free shipping, FedEX or DHL Express, you always receive a tracking link.

TARIFFS: Are duties included in the price?

That depends on your location:

  • 🇺🇸 USA Customers:
    •⁠ ⁠Duty and Import fees are not included.
  • 🇬🇧 UK Customers: All costs included, no surprises upon delivery.
  • 🇪🇺 EU: VAT included in price, no taxes or other costs!
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: No VAT, Only your local sales tax!
  • 🌍 Rest of the world: Prices exclude VAT and duties.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return Frames if I don’t like them?

Returning your order is easy and hassle-free. You can return your unused items within 30 days.

During holiday season, from 1st of november till 31st of december, we allow a 45 day window for returns.

Simply send the item(s) back in unused and original condition to the address below. You may use any shipping service you prefer, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We kindly ask you to share the tracking link with us once your return is on its way.

For orders that return due to unpaid import taxes, we charge an administrative cost of $80.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee (if DHL Express was selected).

Lazy? I understand. For €40/$50/£40 I provide you with a DHL label and fill in all the duty-info. I also provice you with a link to shedule a DHL pickup. The price for this return will be deducted from the amount I pay back. Just send me an email if you want to use this service (info@vintagedesignerframes.com).

What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition.

However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at info@vintagedesignerframes.com and together we will find a solution.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund immediately.

We will refund your return using the same payment method you selected at checkout.

I'm lazy, please organize my return!

Lazy? I completely understand.
