If I need to return glasses to you, how should I do that?

We’re sorry it didn’t work out! Returning your order is easy and hassle-free and can be done within 30 days of the arrival of your product. 

Simply send the item(s) back in unused and original condition to the address below. You may use any shipping service you prefer, but please note that return shipping cost and taxes are your responsibility. We kindly ask you to share the tracking link with us once your return is on its way. If you want us to make 

A bit lazy? You can also ask me to make you a return label, you can arrange a DHL pickup with that. I charge €40/$50/£40 for this, but I fill in all the paperwork! Email me at info@vintagedesignerframes.com and I'll do the rest!

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee (if Fedex or DHL Express was selected).
