  • Can I return Frames if I don’t like them?

Frames can be returned within 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs or return costs are never refunded. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all packaging.

  • What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at info@vintagedesignerframes.com. We will spare no expense to satisfy our customers.

  • Will I get a full refund?

Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges (only if you choose other shipping than the free one). Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 14-day return policy from the date of receiving. Please note that all return costs (shipment, taxes and duties) are to be paid by the customer. Please also provide us with a tracking link for the return. 

  • If I need to return glasses to you, how should I do that?

First of all, go to the returns portal. Then, place the frame back into its original packaging and seal the box. Take extra care on the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary import duty when we receive them. Mark the goods as “returned to sender” or “returned for warranty” in the shipping documents. Any costs that we incur for returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If you ship the goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.) there may be a clearance charge which we will have to subtract from the credit. Please always provide us the tracking link!
